Data PROTECTION.We never release any information without signed authority from the patient to ANYBODY.We need patient's Name,Address,Date Of Birth to identify them on our card system.Then we gather details about the patient's symptoms(what they are complaining of) what their history is and any other problems they have had including operations and medication .
All this is completely confidential.
Details may be discussed between professional colleagues in an effort to help.
Records will be kept for 8 years.
We have been registered with the information commissioners for many years.
